Our diagnostic service is charged a flat rate of $60.

This includes:

• Checking component temperatures
• Testing Central Processing Unit performance
• Testing Graphical Processing Unit performance
• Testing Random Access Memory performance
• Testing Hard Drive Disk performance
• Testing Power Supply performance
• Testing Motherboard functionality
• Checking Drivers for hardware and Operating Systems for updates

Once the diagnostics are complete, one of our service agents will contact you with an
estimated time of arrival (ETA) for repairs and a quote for any more general repairs that need to be done before we begin any specific repairs. If the computer system cannot be taken back to the shop, a preliminary, on-site diagnostic test will be done and the service agent will provide a quote on repairs needed, before we start.

As an incentive, we will waive our diagnostic fee, if you choose to have ABA Technology
Solutions conduct the repairs on your system.

You will only pay the quoted price for the repairs and not for the diagnostic service we provide.
