Policies & Protocol
General Warranty
- Physical damage voids return or warranty.
- Serial numbers MUST match the invoice the product was sold on.
- Serial numbers MUST be legible and intact for warranty.
- We offer one-year warranty on all hardware provided by ABA Technology Solutions unless otherwise specified.
- We offer 30-day warranty on all labour provided by ABA Technology Solutions unless otherwise specified.
Payment Terms
We do NOT accept the following forms of payment:
- Cheques
- Credit card or any other form of payment over the phone.
We accept the following forms of payment:
- Cash
- E-Transfer
- Major credit cards coming soon.
We require a 50% deposit on all orders unless other specified.
Product Specific Info
Batteries and Power Adapters
- We require a 50% deposit on battery and power adapter orders.
- Deposits are non-refundable.
- We require the notebook model number and the notebook battery/power adapter model number prior to ordering.
- We provide a 1-year warranty on batteries and power adapters unless otherwise specified.
Ink and Toner
- We require a 50% deposit on ink and toner orders.
- Deposits are non-refundable.
- We require the model number of the printer and the model of the printer cartridge prior to ordering.
- We provide a 1-year warranty on unused ink and toner.
Software
- We do not offer any form of warranty or return on software.
- Any software that is not provided by ABA Technology Solutions must have a valid product key or COA (Certificate of Authenticity).
