Policies & Protocol

General Warranty

  • Physical damage voids return or warranty.
  • Serial numbers MUST match the invoice the product was sold on.
  • Serial numbers MUST be legible and intact for warranty.
  • We offer one-year warranty on all hardware provided by ABA Technology Solutions unless otherwise specified.
  • We offer 30-day warranty on all labour provided by ABA Technology Solutions unless otherwise specified.

Payment Terms

We do NOT accept the following forms of payment:

  • Cheques
  • Credit card or any other form of payment over the phone.

We accept the following forms of payment:

  • Cash
  • E-Transfer
  • Major credit cards coming soon.

We require a 50% deposit on all orders unless other specified.

Product Specific Info

Batteries and Power Adapters

 

  • We require a 50% deposit on battery and power adapter orders.
  • Deposits are non-refundable.
  • We require the notebook model number and the notebook battery/power adapter model number prior to ordering.
  • We provide a 1-year warranty on batteries and power adapters unless otherwise specified.

Ink and Toner

 

  • We require a 50% deposit on ink and toner orders.
  • Deposits are non-refundable.
  • We require the model number of the printer and the model of the printer cartridge prior to ordering.
  • We provide a 1-year warranty on unused ink and toner.

Software

 

  • We do not offer any form of warranty or return on software.
  • Any software that is not provided by ABA Technology Solutions must have a valid product key or COA (Certificate of Authenticity).
