I originally contacted this company to advise on hardware upgrades for my gaming computer. Their service technician, Jordon, made a list of recommended parts very quickly and provided the prices in an easy to understand invoice. I then decided, rather than replace only a few parts, to have built an entirely new rig. He was understanding and within a day or two I received an updated invoice containing his recommended build for the budget I gave him.

After the build was complete he informed me of all the tests he ran to ensure that the parts were functioning correctly and provided a sheet containing the results as well. This company actually went above and beyond what I was expecting to be honest. They delivered the computer and hooked everything up to make sure it worked at my desk.
